The 2009-2010 season drew to a close tonight as the Patriots were visited by the Markham Waxers at the MasterCard Centre, suffering their final loss of the season with an 8-3 loss to Markham. Goal scorers for the Patriots were Joey Gagliese, Billy Lovatsis and Michael Sicilia.

Toronto, ON: The Patriots were defeated a disappointing 8-3 tonight at the MasterCard Centre by the North York Rangers. Patriots Marko Brelih, Joey Gagliese and Nick Perruccio were the goal scorers this evening.

The Beehives took it to the Patriots tonight, capitalizing on the remaining games left in the season by winning 4-1 over Upper Canada. Upper Canada's Michael Sicilia scored the only goal of the game for the Patriots, an unassisted goal in the second period.

Perhaps the penalty box was the warmest spot on the ice, because the line-up from both St. Michael's and the Patriots certainly was endless tonight. Though -21 degrees outside, tempers flared much hotter than that tonight at the MasterCard Center, bringing forth a humbling 9-2 win for the Buzzers.

The Patriots defeated the Streetsville Derbys tonight 6-4 at Westwood Arena. Big saves from Jay Pelletier gave the Patriots a strong foundation to build off of, and the offense was on fire tonight to swarm the Derbys end. Two goals to forward Jordan Spear; goals scored by Jeff Schilling, David Italiano, Nick Perruccio, and Mitch Wild.
